Frambosia offers FREE EXPRESS shipping world-wide on all orders over 300 Euros.

All International (Non European countries) Orders are sent EXPRESS via DHL EXPRESS.

All European packages are sent via GEIS.

You will receive a confirmation email from Frambosia, once your order is placed, with your parcels tracking information.

 Please Note:

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday.
  •  The shipping cost will depend on the destination. The exact shipping rate for all items in the shopping cart will be calculated and will appear on the shipping page before introducing your payment details and on the page that summarizes the contents of the purchase during the checkout.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Frambosia, once your order is placed, with your parcels tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account any possible delays. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe.

Please allow for 2-5 working days to customize, handmade and pack your order.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business days. Shipping times do not include dispatch time.

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.

Shipments with destinations out of EU are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Custom duties will be applied to your shipment and you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches your country.

Unfortunately Frambosia cannot take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Please note Frambosia does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees.

If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, we recommend contacting your local customs office or DHL, prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges DHL Express.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.

We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by Frambosia.

Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order’s contents by product type.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers who ship products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
