We hope you love your purchase but we understand that mistakes can be made when you cannot try the garments on before buying. Or in the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations, Frambosia accepts returns of unused items within 10 days from the date of shipment.
We will be happy to accept items in the original packaging, Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with all tags/labels attached, including hygiene seal: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from make-up & fake tan.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of Bikinis (tops and panties), that have come in direct skin contact. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Frambosia reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
To initiate a return, please send an email to email@example.com listing your Name, Order Number, and items code you would like to return and specifying the reason you are returning the product.
For those orders shipped to Russia, Switzerland, Norway and Korea, that they want to be returned please contact the Customer Care in order to get all the information and the proforma invoice, a mandatory requirement for clearing the goods through customs. In case those returns do not pass through the procedure of customs, they will not be accepted.
A customer service member will reply within 48 hours, except for the week-end and holidays, with a Return Authorization Number and the instructions on how to proceed.
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorization number to you.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases however we do offer store credits.
Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to a full refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if this has occurred.
Please be informed that the shipment costs to send back goods are AT YOUR CHARGE.
You can choose the courier you prefer. It is not necessary to use DHL or GEIS, we recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details and the return receipt of your shipment. Frambosia s.r.o. does not take on the responsibility of your return shipment.
For product EXCHANGES Frambosia will waive shipping charges on your re-order. Important: in case of exchange, please be informed that we will not accept returns of purchased items that have been previously returned.
Moreover, in case of REFUND the cost of shipping and handling will not be covered by Frambosia. The reimbursement will only affect the credit card with which you used to make the purchase and the time necessary to see the balance on your credit card depends on your credit card company.
Due to the select nature of our product, it may occur that some exchange requests may not be processed if your requested item is out of stock. A refund will be processed instead in these instances.
